DESIGN SERVICES
We offer the full range of architecture design services for both residential and commercial projects. Our team seamlessly manages all technical aspects of a project including zoning research, site planning, initial design concept, product decisions, contractor selection and construction administration.

Consultation
We visit with the potential client to learn about the project, functional needs and the vision for the space. This meeting helps us to understand the project and provide a design proposal & scope for the work.
Programming & Planning
During this phase we work with the client to determine the program for the project by evaluating the site, and in the case of an addition or renovation, document the existing conditions. In addition, we check on local codes and regulations to see if there are any that will impact the project.
Schematic design
Once the planning phase is complete, we explore design options and prepare a schematic design. We review design concepts with our clients and then refine & perfect the final design.
Design Development & Construction Documents
With an approved schematic design we can then begin the design development/ construction documents phase. We finalize the design and prepare the documents for bidding and construction, which will eventually be used for the building permit.
Bidding/Permit
We assist our client in getting prices from contractors and help them to select the right contractor for the project. Once a contractor is selected we then provide the necessary documents for the building permit.
Construction Administration
During this phase we will visit the site at appropriate intervals to ensure the project is being built as designed, staying on schedule and keeping to the budget. We work with the client and contractor if revisions are required to the design or project to ensure a beautifully finished project.
